the only negative aspects of this hostel were no kitchen and rooms really really small! but for the rest, the location is pretty nice and the social life of the hostel is very vivid! funny place to stay

Paid for internet and computer died in the middle. Told staff and came back later. There was no sign so I assumed it was fixed, but it took money and didn't work. Staff basically said it was not their problem and I had to call a "company" to get my money back. Storage area cost money and I was told to pay upfront. Afterwards I found out that if I was staying there I did not need to pay. I was told I could just get a refund when I checked out later. When I did that I was again told that

-Only one out of four toilets in our floor working. Shared by male/female. -The free breakfast consists of a blank onion-bagel with cheese-spread and a cup of cold water with a tea bag. Took long until all the people waiting for it finally got it. -The stairs from the lobby to the rooms are protected by a locked doom which is a nice idea. Some things that should have worked didn't work, eg. security lockers or girls' bathroom on the 4th floor. There was also a lot of noise at night. But on the whole, it was all right for the price and the location is great. Eliska.
